What kind of properties can be listed on BookOutdoors?

Any type of outdoor accommodations (RV sites, tent sites, luxury glamping tents, cabins, wagons, etc.), but only commercial, professionally-managed operations. We do not allow private raw land or residential backyard operations.

How much does it cost to list my property on BookOutdoors?

Listing your property on BookOutdoors is completely free. We handle all the marketing, customer support, and credit card processing for you. Only when you get a confirmed booking from us, you pay a 15% referral fee. Imagine only paying for your marketing efforts when they deliver results - that's how BookOutdoors works! By the way, BookOutdoors does not charge the guest a booking fee -- they pay the rates that you set.

Can I pass the referral fee on to the guest?

Afraid not. You must offer the same or lower rates as you do on your own website or direct booking channel. We strive to provide guests with the largest selection of accommodations, at the lowest rates. Therefore, you may not pass along, either directly or indirectly, our referral fee to the guests. You may, however, raise your rates across all channels to accommodate for your marketing and other operating expenses.
